Railroad Crossing Token (for Empire Builder: Europe)

This is a token for railroad crossing signs.
Empire Builder: Europe (2026 Edition) features a wonderful double-layer train board, designed to be flipped based on whether the train carries 2 or 3 cargo slots.
As anyone would notice, it's easy to block unusable cargo slots with tokens that aren't used (like the 20 speed token) rather than flipping the board.
Since it's the same size as other EB:E tokens, it's good for placing on an unusable load slot, making it visually clear that the slot is unavailable.
