Designer's Description

This organizer can hold the full content of the Beasts and Diplomacy board game box including The Almanac solo expansion.

All the cards can be sleeved (I measured everything to accommodate Paladin sleeves) and everything would fit.

No gluing or additional processing is required, the organizers do not expand outside the original space of the box.

Printer Settings

I used default settings for Prusa printers with 15% infill, layer height 0.1 mm, no supports. Several boxes contain inclined walls and edged bottoms so I suggest using a small layer height when printing them to prevent steps.

What Components Belong To?
Character Boxes

Each character box contains player's worker meeples, turn stack disc and the home base. This box needs to be printed six times, ideally in the colors of the meeples.

Once you fit all this to the box, and close the lid, turn the box upside down for storing so you accidentally do not spill the content around if you just hold the lid.

I tried several options of locking the boxes, but with the amount of available space this one works the best without increasing wear and tear. The same approach is useful for the quest box and possibly even for tokens.

Cardboard Tokens

Here belong ore chips (separated by their nominal value), king favor chips (the small space) and king medals.

You may store this box upside down to prevent spilling, while it is not that vulnerable as character boxes. If the bottom falls, the cleanup is much bigger though.

Personnel, Diplomats and Traders

The compartments are marked on the bottom of the box. The lid fits from the straight part - see, where the guide is narrower.

Monsters

This box only contains monster cards. The bottom has two "breaks" to prevent cards to slide down when you put part of the cards away. The lid fits properly from one straight side.

Environments Box

The bigger compartment accommodates environment cards, the smaller one should contain the knight cages and the "Year of ..." mini-expansion. The lid slides on top of the box, turn it towards the box side so it does not accidentally open. It only fits one way.

Scoring Block

I suggest you to add a small pencil to the box as well. Calculating points at the end of the game without it is horrible.

It is better to store this box upside down to prevent opening.

Quests and Miscellaneous

The small quest cards belong to the bigger part. Time tracker, tracker die and high priority spot blocker chips belong to the small compartment behind it.

Turn upside down when inserting into the box!

How to Put Everything into the Box

First take all the rulebooks and player aids and put them to the bottom of the box. Not the boards yet, just the big rulebooks and player aids. Align them to the corner of the box.

Bottom layer

To the opposite side of the box add quest box and token boxes directly to the bottom of the box. These two boxes should be turned down by the lid to prevent unwanted opening. Especially the quest box!

Middle Layer

On top of the rulebooks put the personnel/diplomat/traders box and the monster box. They lock into one another. On the same side as the quest box put the environments box between the quest box and monster box (or personnel box based on which way you put these two in previous step). Last put the scoring box into the middle so it creates a level surface with the token box.

Note: The game comes with German and English rulebooks. The storage solution expects you did not threw away any of the variants and both are in the box including the player aids.

Then put all the boards and The Almanac on top of the token and scoring boards.

Top Layer

Add all the six character boxes on top of the board. Now you have everything inside.
