I designed a custom carrying case and setup box for Jenga to replace the original box. The box prints in one single piece, without the need for glue or screws!
This case holds a standard Jenga set, and the lids securely close shut for easy transport. If you take off the top lid, the box can be used as a guide to setup the Jenga tower for play.
Please measure your Jenga towers to ensure that they fit in this box! The Jenga set I used to test this is 75mm x 75mm x 265mm. The interior of the box in the Standard profile measures 78mm x 78mm x 266.2mm. However as noted in the comments, the tolerance of the height might be too thin for some Jenga sets, so I added an additional print profile that drops the bottom of the box by 2.8mm, widening the interior of this Taller Interior profile to 78mm x 78mm x 269mm.
Furthermore as noted by a commenter, due to the height and weight of this print, there is a potential for failure on a bedslinger like the A1 . I cannot guarantee success on a bedslinger, but to reduce the risk as much as possible, I would suggest increasing the brim size (maybe swapping out for a raft) and perhaps slowing the print speed to ensure a perfect print :)
The gap at the top edge was required in order to fit this model within the boundaries of the Bambu P1S print volume, which is also why it's printed diagonally with a ribbed support on the back. However, the gap was designed so that the Jenga blocks cannot slip out of the gap! The support piece can be easily broken off and sanded down (if necessary) after the print is done.
I printed this with Bambu Wood PLA in White Oak and Black Walnut.
