On my P2S this shaved about 40g and 50 minutes. The settings should be fine for .4mm nozzle and other printers, just ensure you update item 7 for what you feel comfortable with. To be honest, it doesn't really do much so you can ignore 7.
1. Quality/Advanced/order of walls: outer-inner
2. Strength/bottom shell layers: 2 (from 3)
3. Strength/sparse infill/sparse infill density: adaptive
4. Strength/Advanced/infill combination: checked
5. Strength/Advanced/ensure vertical shell thickness: checked
6. Speed/other layer speeds: inner wall, sparse infill, internal solid infill increase by 20ms
7. Increased layer height by 0.02 (this is nozzle dependent, i'm using 6mm and went from .3 to .32

Designer's Description
The perfect insert for 7 Wonders Duel and both expansions. I already liked to original model, but I made some changes to make it even better:
- made it shorter, so the paperwork fits in the top
- added an additional card separator, so the 2 different purple ones have their own storage
- added more space for military tokens
- moved the map storages and the red pieces down, so the top is more flush
- adjusted the settings, so it prints much faster and uses less filament (still perectly strong enough)
If you want to have nice top surfaces, don't forget to turn on ironing - but make sure that you are okay with the time it takes to finish.
I've left all the objects and cutouts in the model, so feel free to modify them as needed for your model.
