Bitoku insert with expansion remix

I am currently taking my first steps in 3D printing and design, so consider this contribution with caution.

I've modified the Token Tray to accomodate some components of the Promo 1:_
- 4 x Iwakura Rock tiles (they don't fit in the original insert)
