Drop-in trays for Dead Reckoning storage crate

A set of trays that will drop into the cardboard dividers in the drawers to AEG's big storage crate for Dead Reckoning.

Nothing fancy - just a way to hold various components and tokens to make it easier to deploy them onto the game table (and to prevent some bits finding their way under the cardboard walls).

At some stage I might remix some of them to do a better job, but for now they're “good enough” :)

I have also added a completely unnecessary “carrying handle”, because I think it makes the heavy crate a little easier to carry! I recommend printing it with more walls than normal - I used 5, and its solid as a rock.
