Horrified D&D Ravenloft Box Insert

Inserts Free
Designer's Description

Here is my attempt at a box insert for Horrified D&D Ravenloft. I used the measurements from my Horrified D&D box insert because I knew it would fit the box. That one was made using FreeCAD. This time I used Fusion. This one tripped me up a little because the bag is now a box, had to find a place for that, and one of the monster figures is a bit wider than I what my original was meant to handle. One piece of criticism I got from my original box insert was that the card holder didn't have space for a discard pile for any of the cards. This was what I wanted to do when I designed it but as it was my first attempt to create anything like it and Monster cards and Perk cards being way different in size I couldn't figure it out. Thankfully the Ravenloft Edition's Monster and Perk cards are pretty similar. So now they each have a room for a discard.

Both sets of cards I sleeved with 63.5mm x 88mm card sleeves. The card trays are made with those in mind.

Just print out 1 of each file. I have included a 3mf file with all the parts ready to go. Make sure you have the Baba Lysaga in the spot in the photo and that is facing the corner. That is the one that required the extra depth so the board wouldn't be putting pressure on it. In the photos you get a view of where I placed all the components for each tray. The tokens for the Monsters I just put into their compartment with the figure. I am not happy with that but given the space and my limited knowledge it was the best I could do for now. The card trays and the Hero Mats tray are stacked on top of each other. It really doesn't matter in what order. Same goes for the Villager tray and the Hero figure Tray. The Items tray is not square, its close so can be hard to spot, so if you follow my photos and find it is not fitting just rotate 90 degrees. (Not trying to sound condescending, just making sure all issues are addressed) After you put all the trays in I placed the cardboard item box the game gives you on top of the villagers or hero tray, then I put the bag of monster mats on using the notch on the monster figures tray to make room. Then the board and rulebook. Hope it helps you and any suggestions on how I can improve the design please let me know.

Here are the print settings I used when printing them.
