Seasons: unsleeved card deck boxes

I quickly designed these boxes to hold all the (unsleeved) cards of Seasons (base game + Enchanted Kingdom and Path of Destiny). They fit inside the box insert, and make sure cards don't get all mixed up in transport or when storing the box vertically.

Both boxes come with two compartments:

• the base game box (the thicker one) can be used to separate the cards used for beginner games (#1-31) from the remaining cards used in full games;
• the expansions box allows to separate the decks of the two expansions.

I just printed this with PLA, 0.4 nozzle and “0.20 (Quality)” PrusaSlicer profile. No supports and 15% infill (the latter does not really affect the print as all surfaces are just a few layers thick).

In my prints, the bottom holes to help push the decks out of the box had some minor quality issues, and I needed to sand them down a bit, just to make sure not to ruin the cards when putting them inside the box.

I designed this in OnShape as a public document . Feel free to remix it (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0): the design is mostly parametric, so it should be easy to account for, e.g., sleeved cards (although I am not sure a solution in 2 boxes still fits inside the box.
