Because this box has a lot of narrow "hallways", I use 6 walls. This also helps reinforce the hinge by solidifying the material in those areas. You can print with inner walls at 100% speed to expedite the printing process. Print without supports.

Designer's Description

No more pieces in plastic baggies!

This an (over-engineered) box for the pieces and cards for the board game Clue*. It is designed to be print-in-place, with a unique hinge mechanism that obeys good design practices for 3D printing without need for supports.

It fits the game pieces, weapons, dice, and cards each in their own space. It has an overlapping latch to lock closed.

As printed, the open box footprint measures 162mm x 145mm, so its is compatible with the A1 Mini as well.
