Middle Earth Quest insert (remix for storage with insert removed)

So hey, I threw away my FFG insert. This somewhat experimental insert takes the original files (with a few tweaks) and adds a framework to keep them in place (vertical storage probably not going to work). Should minimize setup time without taking too much time at breakdown.

I included every file needed, repairing a few that my slicer complained about. Everything prints once except the encounter deck files (print twice).
