Resafa insert REMIX for sleeves & vertical storage

This is a remix of a wonderful Resafa insert by mpuffe. I sleeve my games, and I store my games on their sides. His insert has over 14mm of open space and no lids, and the bonus cards would not fit sleeved. This insert has been tested with swan thin (one of my favorite sleeves). I also fitted sleeve kings (they would work but were right at the limit).

Completely new designs:

• spacer 1 and spacer 2: these will elevate the insert to the top of the box (please look at the pictures). Leveler 1 has 2 different versions (plate 13 and plate 14). Plate 13 has game name, year this insert was printed, and my moniker :) while plate 14 is just a much lighter plain spacer. leveler 2 is the push up for the rest of the insert and goes on top of the board (on the bottom).
• The bonus card holder was completely redesigned from scratch. Needless to say that after 4 prototypes, I learned a lot that I didn't know about thin walls (it was worth the time and filament). It will hold sleeved cards. I also found it to be nearly 2 mm higher than the board. In the redesign, I made it flush with the board.
• The other card holder was redesigned. I took inspiration from mpuff and remade the piece with the same footprint and with a similar appearance.

I learned a lot from printing large pieces, thin walls, and a new way to make levelers work with less filament.
