Evacuation Deluxe Insert

Deluxe insert for the 2023 board game Evacuation by Vladimír Suchý and Delicious Games. The board game does not come with an insert and I wanted something that would organise all the pieces efficiently, hold them snugly, and be functional yet attractive.

NB: The insert is made to hold the cards either:
1. Naked
2. Sleeved with Mayday Games brand 43mmx65mm Mini Chimera Game Sleeves (100 pack), or
3. Sleeved with Mayday Games brand 45mmx68mm Mini Euro Premium Card Sleeves (50 pack).
There are four printing files (Corner B, Corner D, Player Tray, and S+I Card Tray) which have an alternate version ending "45x68". If printing for options 1 or 2 above, use the regular verion. If printing for option 3 above, use the alternate versions of those four files, which end "45x68".

NB: The insert is designed such that the player trays hold 8 action cards each, alongside a help card and starting stadium card. So, 32 action cards are held across the 4 player trays. The remaining action cards are then held in slot in Corner B piece.

NB: The S+I (Stadium + Industry) tray and Ship trays are designed to be modular and removable from the insert. In this way they can be laid beside the board in their respective areas to hold the cards/tiles tidily between being drawn.

In order to print the entire insert, print the following:

1 x Corner A
1 x Corner B
1 x Corner C
1 x Corner D
4 x Player Tray
2 x Resource Tray
2 x S+I Card Tray
1 x Ships Tray

Corners should be placed in box such that Corner A = top left corner, Corner B = top right corner, Corner C = bottom left corner, Corner D = bottom right corner.

Player trays are designed to hold all player pieces except tech tiles. The tech tile storage is designed to facilitate setup. If the tech tile number (1, 2, 3 or 4) has been randomised with respect to what corner they are placed in when packing away the game during the previous session, then a player should simply need to pick a colour at the beginning of the following game session, and then just take the tech tiles in the corresponding corner of the insert.

I printed insert pieces at 10% infill in PLA+ and all prints are sturdy.

There should be ~1-0.5mm space between top of insert and top lip of box, to allow space for instructions. It should do well under shake test when holding lid fairly tightly, and should perform well for vertical storage.
