This initiative tracker fits perfectly along the top of a standard sized dm screen. pdfs have been provided from the original creator that can be printed and filled out to slide into the initiative tracker. There are caps for each of the dnd conditions that can be stacked on top of each other to keep track of multiple conditions or levels of exhaustion.
