pitchcar flat ramp

A flat ramp for pitchcar that raises the track to about 30mm (or in 30mm intervals for each one). Includes a support that can slide on between straight track pieces and/or slide into the bottom of the ramp.

Track can fit under but will need to lift the track up to access pieces that stop on the track section underneath.

5/9/23: Added separated support and ramp files, the connections are less tightly fitting now on the ramp.
Support for track added that should also work for pitchcar expansion 4 elevated tracks. Supports a little loose on straights to accomodate corner pieces. Support designed to be able to go over track pieces directly underneath. (doesn't go on the track surface but can use original foam blocks in that case).
