Avignon: Compact Tile based City Building Game (like Carcassonne)

I present Avignon; A tile based city building game, similar to another well known game.
The tiles have been made in a minimalist style for easy readability and are relatively small at 25mm by 25mm, This makes the tiles, along with the holder; more suitable as a travel game. The tile holder can hold 90 tiles and has slots on the sides for up to 60 of the helper tokens.

The base game should include 72 tiles from the set of A to X, in the following quantities:
A - 2x
B - 4x
C - 1x
D - 4x
E - 5x
F - 2x
G - 1x
H - 3x
I - 2x
J - 3x
K - 3x
L - 3x
M - 2x
N - 3x
O - 2x
P - 3x
Q - 1x
R - 3x
S - 2x
T - 1x
U - 8x
V - 9x
W - 4x
X - 1x

A set of river expansion tiles are also included:
River 1 - 2x
River 2 - 1x
River 3 - 1x
River 4 - 1x
River 5 - 1x
River 6 - 1x
River 7 - 2x
River 8 - 1x
River 9 - 1x
River 10 - 1x

Tiles labelled as "Extra" are not part of the base game but can be used to make a game more interesting, especially if using more than the standard number of base tiles.
The initial purpose of designing this set was to build a huge game using 5 of the 72 tile sets, hence why the tiles are smaller than one might expect. When adding the rivers it became clear that adding forks would be required for creating complex river systems, rather than just several unconnected rivers. Then the decision was made to also make (almost) every other possible tile layout, with the intention that they would sit in a separate "wildcard" pile, where players could gamble on taking a weird card instead, that just might solve an otherwise unresolvable tile arrangement.

The counter system was designed to have a 4mm rod added to retain the counter wheels from falling out of counter holder. Similar 4mm rods should be used to retain the tiles and helpers in the tile holder when travelling.

It is recommended that the tiles be painted to further improve readability, as the distinction between grass fields and city areas won't always be obvious.
My suggestion would be to colour the specific regions as follows:
Fields - Green
Roads - White
Cities - Brown
Rivers and Shields - Blue
Churches - Red
Junctions - Yellow

In addition the A on the back of tiles should be coloured to stop them becoming jumbled up.
One of the "D" tiles should be coloured white, to indicate that it is the starting piece,
The rest of the base tile set should be green,
River tiles should be blue,
Extra tiles should be red,
Extra River tiles should be purple
This should help manage the tiles, depending on what tiles you do or don't wish to use.
