Designer's Description
Hello
I created my own version of insert for Buttons&Bugs to fulfill my needs and visions, hope you will like it as well.
(Polish version of Buttons & Bugs just came out so the timing to print one is just right :)
I thinks the design is thematic and simple enough to be both usable and good looking.
It's a drawer with buttons for the knobs, accomodating everything, with instruction put on top.
The adventages of design:
- clear ans simple segreation of components
- ease of grabbing cards and condition tokens when needed
- thematic look to better suit the immersion in the game
- 2 different options for shelves, one side with button knobs, the other with gaps for fingers)
Printing tips:
- Use either brims or corners with the shelves to get bottoms even and stick to the plate
(try using different filaments if the bottom is still curving, I used two types, one worked, the other didn't)
- For the buttons I recommend 2mm nozzle . You can also try scaling them to 101% - 104% for a snap fit. I used glue to secure them tightly
I hope you will like my version of this insert :)
