6 Siege Insert

This modular insert is designed to consolidate Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege: The Board Game , the core set, and all 7 expansion boxes into a single core box.

The design focuses on faster setup, easier cleanup, and keeping the large collection of miniatures, tiles, tokens, dice, overlays, obstacles, and plastic components organized and easy to reach during play.

• Individual storage for miniatures and operator tiles
• Separate attacker and defender component trays
• Dedicated storage for obstacles, plastic stands, objectives, dice, HP tokens, action tokens, smoke overlays, and fire overlays
• Fitted pockets for irregular cardboard components
• Angled, overlapping token storage for easier access
• Modular tray dimensions that allow portions of the insert to be rearranged
• Bottom chamfers to help compensate for elephant foot

Storing the complete collection requires some intentional lid lift , primarily because of the amount of content and the map boards stored above the trays. Collections with fewer expansions may be rearranged to reduce or eliminate the lift.

These changes have not been tested. I have already printed the complete insert and do not plan to reprint every affected tray, but they may be worthwhile improvements for anyone creating a remix.

• Increase the miniature-tray wall thickness to 3 mm / 0.3 cm for additional strength.
• Increase the perimeter inset to 1.5 mm to provide more clearance around the nested trays.
• Deepen the miniature-tray nesting area by an additional 1 mm.
• This may provide a more secure and compact stack.
• The named miniature bases would need to be removed to create the necessary clearance.
• Reduce part of the ledge in the defender-gadget area.
• Add a positive stop for the nesting tray above the defender-gadget area so the upper tray rests in a consistent position and cannot slide too far into the modified space.
