What changed: The Ark Nova insert by flocki is great, but it involves printing things that need supports, and my extreme dislike of them is well known in this house.
So, I made a new player box which can be printed vertically, with a panel that gets glued onto the end, so you don't have to worry about supports.
I also split the Partner Zoo/Univeristy Token holder into two parts - one with a flat bottom, and a “skirt” that you can glue it onto. This has the same effect of creating an elevated thing that can sit on top of the special card/token holder, without needing to use a bunch of supports or risking ending up with spaghetti string underneath.
