Here's my proxy model for the Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion monster, the Rat Monstrosity! This could probably serve as a decent Dire Rat for a D&D game, so double duty! This one needs a bit of support at the head, and I'd recommend some to keep the tail from coming loose, too. JotL comes with 10 of the cardboard standees for this monster, so there's the number you'll need to print if you want to replace them all!
