Resurgence Insert - Square Box Portal edition

This is remixed to fit the square portal edition of the game, the one with this cover (https://boardgamegeek.com/image/8196405/resurgence). js500 made a great insert, but it didn't fit my edition, so I printed some spacers and made some tweaks so it fits the square box size.

Edit 1: I added capsules for the tokens and updated the player piece holders so they fit
