Cryo Board Game Insert - Deluxe Chroma Canvas Edition

This is a complete visual and functional overhaul of the Cryo insert by M9 on Printables. I redesigned the entire layout to create a flush-fitting, thematic storage solution that looks as good as it functions.

I didn’t replace the original cardboard insert just to use more plastic— I simply no longer had the original cardboard pieces. To solve this, I redesigned the layout to be fully self-contained. This allowed me to eliminate "lid lift" and ensure that everything stays perfectly in place, even during vertical storage.

Key Features

• Chroma Canvas Artwork: Every spacer features a custom thematic "Top." These designs bring the game's atmosphere into the box.

• Optimized for 4-Color AMS: All artwork is designed to work with just 4 colors (Purple, Blue-Grey, White, and Dark Blue) . Despite the complex look, there are only 4 to 6 filament swaps per top—perfect for a single AMS unit!

• No Original Insert Needed: This design fills the box completely and securely. You can throw away (or ignore) the factory cardboard.

• Flush Fit (Zero Lid Lift): I’ve meticulously calibrated the heights so the box lid closes 100% flush.

• Board Support: Two of the side trays are specifically shaped to support the game board, preventing it from shifting or sliding inside the box.

Technical Details

• Filament Colors used: Dark Blue (SunLu Midnight), Blue-Grey (Bambu Lab PLA Basic Blue Gray), Purple (Sunlu), and White (Bambu Lab PLA Basic).

• Vertical Storage: Tested and confirmed—no parts will spill.

• Supports: None required.

Yellow Boxes: Don´t delete them, they are modifiers to print the Spacers with much less material (and remove a corner of one of the Chroma Pieces)

⚠️ Important Loading Note

The .3mf file is quite large due to the high detail of the 3x Chroma Canvas models . Please be patient when opening and slicing it - it might take a minute or two to process and load all the geometry.
