The Magnificent Insert (Base Game Art-Deco Remix)
Please support IamSalvation by Liking/Boosting their Print on MakerWorld.
This is a comprehensive remix of the organizer by CBeav found on Printables. While the original design had a great foundation, I wanted to optimize it specifically for the base game, fix a few missing components, improve usability during gameplay, and add beautiful thematic details that match the gorgeous Art Deco circus aesthetic of The Magnificent .
• Added Missing Card Holders: The original template was missing card holders. I designed and added three custom card holders that easily accommodate cards in Premium Sleeves . They are engineered to be exactly the same height as the game's perimeter cardboard insert, allowing the main board to rest perfectly flat on top of them while serving as a secure stopper for the player boards.
• Completely Redesigned Tile Storage: Instead of a large compartment where tiles of the same colour end up in a messy pile, I created a brand-new custom holder. It separates and organizes all tiles neatly by both shape and color , preventing them from shifting during transport.
• Thematic Engravings: Added beautiful, game-matching Art Deco artwork and graphics onto the lids of the trays to elevate the unboxing experience.
• No Expansion / Better Base Game Layout: Since I only own the base game, I removed the expansion components. I utilized the freed-up space to create a better Coin Tray . It sorts coins by their denomination (1, 2, 5, 10) and can be placed directly on the table during play like the original gem holder.
• I also added a small Tray for the Wagons in place of the 5th Player Components
• Optimized Lid Tolerances: The lids for the player trays have been scaled up slightly so they open and close smoothly without getting stuck.
• 3MF File Included: I have provided a pre-configured .3mf file, so you don't have to worry about orientation or basic layout.
• Nozzle Recommendation: I printed and tested this model with a 0.6mm nozzle. However, due to the fine and intricate details on the engraved lids, I highly recommend using a standard 0.4mm nozzle . It will capture the fine lines perfectly and look even better than the photos!
• Filaments Used in Photos: Sunlu PLA Black and Geetech Silk PLA Gold .
• Tip for the Lids: Print the lids face-down on a smooth effect print bed plate . This enhances the metallic sheen of the Silk Gold filament!
Like the Original you have to remove one half of the original Cardboard Insert from the Box.
Note: The first two photos (Cover Photos) in the gallery are edited with AI Tools. Only the background and lighting was modified, the printed items look as on the real photo as you can see on the other unedited photos.
