Front Porch Classics was founded in 2000 by three Seattle entrepeneurs, Mark Jacobsen, Mark Pattison, and Steve Edmiston. The company's goal was to create retro, nostalgic coffee table games for the entire family; games so attractive they would be kept out and played more often. Front Porch was bought by Sababa Toys, Inc. in 2007, which was in turn bought out by University Games in 2008.
