Heidelberger Spieleverlag was renowned in Germany and famous for its huge booth on the SPIEL in Essen. HeidelBÄR Games as its successor now joins the ranks of other smashing studios like FFG, Space Cowboys and Z-Man. The Bear is finally going back to its roots and to creating new games. HeidelBÄR Games separated itself from the Asmodee Group in March 2019 to become an independent company, HeidelBÄR Games GmbH.
