River Horse (Europe) Ltd

River Horse has produced or supported the production of many games. River Horse’s team includes a bunch of enthusiastic fellows with lots of experience in the fields of games design, web-based entrepreneurship and corporate licensing. As well as designing our own products, we aim to support and advise any company that can benefit from our experience and skills through consultancies, commissions, joint-ventures, etc. In April 2024 Mantic Games acquired River Horse's brand and assets in a strategic partnership agreement. As part of this agreement, Mantic buys River Horse's brand and assets, and gets access to their licensing agreements. These licenses include Jim Henson IPs like Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal as well as others. Cavatore will stay on as a product consultant as Mantic launches new games with River Horse's IPs. Mantic Games CEO Ronnie Renton and River Horse CEO Alessio Cavatore will be working together again to deliver new games based on solid IPs to their collective customer base. Their working relationship stems from their days at Games Workshop into the early days of Kings of War.
