Dave Neale

Surprisingly, most of them don't involve Sherlock Holmes. He is a published writer of children's poetry and a one-act play. He has also acted as a consultant in play and learning and has given research briefings to the LEGO Foundation, the UK Parliament, and the United States Military. He used to be an academic researcher, and remains affiliated with the Centre for Research on Play in Education, Development and Learning (PEDAL) at the University of Cambridge, where he still delivers the occasional lecture on the psychology of play.
