Karsten Engelmann

Karsten G. Engelmann is a game designer and military analyst who currently lives in Springfield, Virginia. He was the 1998 WBC champion in Hannibal: Rome vs Carthage and 2004 champion in Mr. President. He continues to play many boardgames and has designs in the works.
