published his first book in 1996 and, since then, he has more than 50 titles, published both in Argentina and abroad. His work was exhibited around the world. He also designs stickers, puzzles, vinyl, posters, records and agendas. His drawings may appear in commercials, animated series, calendars, newspapers or magazines. He is capable of intervening on very small objects and, simultaneously, on large scales, such is his versatility and creativity when it comes to working. As a teacher, he has been running a workshop for several years in which he shares his leisure as an illustrator. And he is part of the team of professors at the Roldán Chair of Illustration (UBA). For Cristian, being an illustrator is not just drawing, but “a communication tool, which allows you to give an opinion, reflect from the image and provide narrative solutions.” His workshop is full of books, works of art, old toys and different objects that accompany, stimulate and inspire him. If you ask him, he doesn't consider himself a collector, but rather a "gatherer."
