Matsuura Yutaka

I started playing wargames in the 1980s, when wargames became popular in Japan. The games I have been particularly passionate about are "The Republic of Rome" (AH), "A Victory Lost" (MMP), and the OCS series. I began designing OCS Luzon with the hope that OCS would be more widely played in Japan. Currently, I am trying to design "South Burma"(tentative), an OCS that recreates the 1942 and 1945 Burma battles.
