John Nash
John Forbes Nash, Jr. (June 13, 1928 - May 23, 2015) was a game designer from West Virginia who is better known as an American mathematician and economist whose life story was retold in the 2001 movie A Beautiful Mind. In 1950, he obtained a PhD in mathematics from Princeton University. In 1994, he won the Nobel prize in Economic Sciences along with game theorists Reinhard Selten and John Harsanyi.
