Hal Richman (born c. 1936) is a game designer who was a Bucknell University mathematics student. In the early 1960s, he created Strat-o-Matic Baseball and the resultant Strat-o-Matic Game Company. This Company produces many excellent sports boardgame simulations today. It also produces online and computer products.
