Philip "Phil" E. Orbanes is a game designer and author who is a founding partner of Winning Moves Games in Danvers, Massachusetts. Born in New Jersey, he was previously a senior vice president for Parker Brothers. Orbanes also served as chief judge at national and world Monopoly tournaments between 1979 and 1992.
