Randall Bart

Randall Bart was the designer of Alien Frontiers: Outer Belt and a Glory to Rome Promo Cards. He passed away on Tuesday morning 8-15-2017 at about 1:30am. He loved games, teaching them, playing them correcting the rules to make game play better and to stop arguing about the rules.
