A Japanese inventer, general store manager and Shogi player (1833～1924). Seiemon has a gambler friend named San-emon(三右衛門). Legend saids Seiemon created Goita with help of San-emon. Both are inhabitants of Ushitsu, Notocho-town, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan. Ushitsu is fishermen's Village.
