Jean Giraud

Jean Henri Gaston Giraud (May 8, 1938 - March 10, 2012) was a French comic artist. He was born in Nogent-sur-Marne, Val-de-Marne, in the suburbs of Paris, France. His most famous creation was the Western comic series "Blueberry" which he co-created with Jean-Michel Charlier. Girard is credited as an artist in The Metabarons rulebook.
