becoming the Vice President of the Online Studio. Looney Labs used Bill's technical editing abilities on Chrononauts second edition, and Fantasy Flight Games inflicted his obsessive-compulsive ways upon themselves as a beta tester and technical editor for Cosmic Encounter expansion materials. He has been an active member of the Cosmic Encounter community on BGG for years, answering rules questions and producing far too many alien power designs, variant expansions, and new card types. His largest and most unique contribution by far is The Cosmodex, which seems to be turning into sort of a de facto encyclopedia for the game among PBF players and left-brained Cosmic BGG denizens. Along with Jefferson Krogh and Jack Reda, Bill is one of the three core designers of the Cosmic Encounter: Cosmic Dominion expansion set.
