Game designer, Portuguese from Leiria, born in 1975, with a degree in communications. Co-organizer of LeiriaCon (a major Portuguese convention) and one of the SpielPortugal members. Paulo published several boardgames already, some with international distribution others to the Portuguese market only. His first game was Madeira, published by What's Your Game? in 2013.
