dinner parties. Unfortunately, Saar is known for multiple issues during the Kickstarter campaign for his game King Down. One large back-flip by Saar was his promise of bonus 3D plastic figures which he later, after pledge payments, backed out of with the "good news"; that they would instead be 2D cardboard. While it's true Saar offered a refund at the time, many complained this was not clear in the update, and by then the offered refund period had expired. However, more direly it is known that there are many backers who didn't receive their purchased items from the Kickstarter campaign, with one even pledging $110! All attempts to communicate with Saar across multiple mediums for well over 6 months after the campaign, for either the backed items or a full refund, resulted in no replies of any kind.
