Will has developed a number of unpublished board games and has been involved in a few video game start-ups as well. He's a partner and the CEO of Tantrum House, a board gaming media group. They produce a weekly podcast, publish board game review videos on YouTube daily, host local community game nights each month, and put on a 4-day board game convention, TantrumCon, in January each year in Spartanburg, SC.
