Jon Mietling is a husband, father, game designer, artist, and publisher. During the day Jon works for non-profit called Friendship Circle, which provides programs and services for individuals with special needs. Mission statement, Jon believes that within each of us is a soul worthy of boundless love. Jon loves active and creative problem-solving and board games which naturally lead to board game design. He runs Portal Dragon, a board game publishing company along with his sister Samantha Mietling. In addition to all this Jon has also recently found opportunities to create 3d Kickstarter videos for other publishers and enjoys being a part of each project's creative process. As a long time gamer, Jon is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the industry he has come to love.
