director of IDEMAX, a Creative Center for Innovation, where he works as a consultant and facilitator catalysing creative behaviour in organisations and leading innovation projects in areas such such as health, energy and education. Diego teaches at the design school at Adolfo Ibañez University , Santiago, Chile and acts as director of the Master of Science in Innovation & Design. He has written several academic papers related to creativity and is co-author of the creative behavior model TRYCycle®. He is obsessed with design, play and board games.
