An abstract strategy game of unit placement and scoring for 2+ players. The designer has referred to it as Advanced Colour Wars. Each player has a set of tiles (cities, armies, palaces, mines, etc...) and players take turns placing them on the board following certain rules. Once the board is full, scores are calculated based on various patterns. The most points wins!
