JustSid made a great insert for the board game Civilization - A New Dawn and its expansion Terra Incognita. You can download it here: https://www.printables.com/model/203027-civilization-a-new-dawn-and-terra-incognita-insert
The only problem is that the top layer of trays really needs some covers, so I designed some lids. The lids fit with friction inside the trays. Tolerances are 0.1 mm and that worked well on my Bambu with Basic and Matte PLA.
Feel free to reach out if you need me to make larger tolerances, as I have the source in fusion set up to easily do that.
