Overengineered Evacuation player trays

I made this player “tray” to replace the original as it wasn't very ergonomic and sometimes the things fell off during transport (as I always carry my games on a backpack). Also, I wanted something to help me organize my cards during play.

Printing guidelines:

Print with a .4 mm nozzle at .2 mm layer height in the orientation the files come in.

Doesn't need supports.

I recommend printing with high infill (or fill the print with sand) to make the base heavier, because if you add to many cards to the lid during play, it may tip over. In my case I just weight the base with some steel balls, as you can see in the photos.

Depending on the tolerances of your printer and the quality of your first layer, you may need to stretch the print apart on the hinge to separate the pieces, as the lid is print in place. The model has a .5 mm tolerance in mind, so make sure your printer can clear them.

I printed my trays in sunlu pla on an ender 3.
