Azul Insert / Organizer - Supports Crystal Mosaic Boards, Joker Tiles, and Special Factories Promo

This is an insert / organizer for Azul with the Crystal Mosaic player boards, the Special Factories promo, and the Joker Tiles promo. It has no lid lift, supports vertical storage, and was designed to aid setup and teardown.

I was not in love with the overlays that came with the Crystal Mosaic expansion, so this insert instead includes overlays for the scoretrack portion of the player boards. To help keep the scoretrack overlays in place, I added a couple of clips to the designs posted on Thingiverse by Pezmc, who had remixed a design by Bibliophiled.

With this insert, you can keep the setup tray in the bottom of the box, just pulling what you need during setup. The tray has text to identify how many factory tiles you use in each of a 2-player, 3-player, and 4-player game. The main tile bag can be stored in the tile bag tray, and that tray can be placed on the table to hold discarded tiles until the bag needs to be refilled. There is an angled end on the tile tray to make it easy to dump the tiles back into the bag.

The images show how to layer everything in the box. To achieve the insert as shown, print four of the scoreboard overlays and one each of the other two trays. Everything prints without supports and fits on a Prusa MK3S+ or MK4 print bed (250 x 210 mm). I printed the trays in the photos with PLA, 15% infill, with a 0.2 mm layer height.

I have included the original OpenSCAD files in case anyone wants to improve on the design for non-commercial purposes.
