Japanese Hiragana Scrabble tiles (full)

Hi there! Long time no see.

Have you ever wanted to play the board game scrabble with Hiragana tiles? Well now you can!

The version on this page contains all the Hiragana characters. This means that the total scrabble set contains 214 tiles. If this is too much please go to this page where you can print a simpler version with ‘only’ a 100 tiles needed:

As mentioned above this is the page with the 214 tiles game version. The tile scores and quantities are taken from this Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrabble_letter_distributions

The tile models are placed in folders sorted as [score]-[qty].
So 3-4x means tiles with score:3 and quantity 4.

So download the models and print the required amount as mentioned in the model name!

The model size is 19mmx19mm for the tile size by default

Print info

For my prints I used a 0.2mm nozzle

Material PLA+

I used a two colour format.

Layer 1-12 I used a Bone/brown colour PLA.

Layer 13-14 I used a black PLA.

I paused the printer after layer 12 and swapped the filament colour from brown to black to have the Hiragana symbols and score printed in a different colour.

If you have a multicolour printer you should be able to print the symbols in a different colour easily.
