Since the expansion 'Rising Waters' requires the base game - this insert/organizer is for the complete game and especially for those with the 'Rising Waters' expansion (I have the 'meeple' version so made the insert/organizer specialized to it - if you want to send a copy of the 'fancy arks'; I'll work on one for you :^D
