Lord of the Rings (2000) Board Game Insert + Expansions

This is a Lord of the Rings (2000) Board Game insert for the 1st Edition (bigger box, cards are slightly bigger and can use the 3 expansions). In addition, this holds the first 2 expansions, Friends & Foes and Sauron (3/4/25 EDIT: confirmed it does fit the 3rd expansion, Battlefields, with minimal lid lift).****

The original insert is actually good, but doesn't accommodate card sleeves. This fixes that and fits everything in the box (left room to spare for components to Battlefields...unmeasured, but was confirmed that it will fit). I also don't like to print a bunch of empty filament, so I made "spacers" to hold everything to be flush with the boards (hopefully less material too). The middle spacer to hold the Sauron event tiles (used for extra difficulty/variant) and could, or any of the spacers, could hold the felt bag.

Shout out to owLgaming ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4965705 ), I used his design for the "Lord of the Rings" wording at the top and made a sweet looking piece to hold the ring (which is one of the dopest things in this edition; the 2nd edition featured a cardboard one (smaller box as well).

You'll want to print one of each item.

Notes on my order of printing (I used the pause method to switch my colors to make the wording pop):

• Card Spacer Right - yellow
• Base Cards & Hobbit Cards - yellow, switch to green
• Token Holder - green (did yellow to green, mostly because my green filament was getting low, and the yellow would match with the rest)
• The Ring Spacer - all green, had to rotate 45 degrees, this barely fit on my plate
• The Ring Holder - yellow, switch to green; also rotate 45 degrees
• Card Spacer Left - red
• Sauron Cards & Friends and Foes Cards - red, switch to black (wanted to give these a more evil theme)
• Token Spacer - black (honestly, any color. it isn't seen and holds the Sauron Event Tiles, sitting below the Token holder, though black was fitting)
