This is for enclosed printers. A1 series needs some different settings to make the seam look nice. You can print it with normal settings, but the seam isn't as pretty as I like.

To get a nice seam, I slowed down the outer wall speed and the overhang speeds. It also seems to print better with the tray oriented this way on the plate.

Designer's Description

Here is my lightweight, simple token or sorting tray for board games, crafts, hobbies, beading, jewelry making, etc. I'm calling it my Lite Hex.

** To customize size, you must be on the desktop Makerworld website; you cannot do it in the app.

Read more about the system on my free Patreon:

There are 2 tray types, one with a spout and one without, to make putting pieces in baggies or containers easy. They stack together nicely even if they are different heights. I have made 3 standard sizes (3",4",5") in 2 different heights (17mm, 26mm), which should cover a large number of uses, but it is PARAMETRIC , so you can adjust to your liking; you can even adjust the width and length of the spout.

I didn't like how they moved around the table and wanted them to stay together like my other hex trays , so I made a locking clip that locks the trays together. They can even be picked up together when locked. And you can join different-width trays together.

Another great thing you can do is make these in VASE MODE with a .08 Nozzle for cheap disposal uses around the house, painting etc. Great thing to use that end of the roll of filament for.
