DesktopGames | Terrorscape | Token Series | Repair (Stackable 3D Replacement)
Continuing the transformation of Terrorscape into something that actually deserves table space…
This time: the Repair tokens.
Originally flat. Technically stackable.
Practically… not really.
So instead of just recreating them, I decided to fix the problem properly.
A 3D replacement for the Repair Tokens , redesigned to be:
- properly stackable
- easy to handle during gameplay
- more readable on the board
Same function — significantly better usability.
This started as a 1:1 recreation of the original token to match size and proportions.
Then I came across a great idea (inspired by Juri Fassina) and realised there’s no reason these should stay flat.
So the model evolved into:
- profiled gear-like shape for better grip
- stackable geometry so tokens stay aligned
- preserved original footprint
👉 Result: tokens that behave like proper components instead of sliding piles
Printed on:
- Prusa MK4S (FFF)
- PETG – C-TECH Premium
Settings tested:
- 0.25mm FAST (Draft) → fully usable
- 0.10mm FAST (Detail) → cleaner finish
- 3 perimeters
Good news:
- no supports needed
- prints reliably and consistently
Works great as a single color print.
Optional:
- grey / blue tones → industrial look
- light drybrush → highlights edges
👉 but honestly, the geometry already does most of the work
Direct replacement for the Repair Tokens.
In Terrorscape , repair tokens are used to:
- track repair progress
- accumulate and stack during gameplay
- indicate progression toward objectives
👉 This is exactly where the redesign helps:
- stacks stay stable
- values are easier to read at a glance
- Handling is significantly smoother
This model is part of the:
DesktopGames | Terrorscape | Token Series
Current models:
- Barrier Token
- Fear Token
- Killer Level Indicator
- Noise Token
- Repair Token
More coming.
At this point, the cardboard components are slowly being replaced one by one.

IF you read until here you are persistent, and I want to share with you that I do not make models for money. That said, I do not reject support for more printing materials, so feel free to ...
